Individual Support
Who we are
Our Individual Support Workers work with children and young adults on a one-to-one basis across the city. The aim of this service is to provide individual support programmes which assist in a variety of areas including education and employment; positive leisure pursuits and relationships and family. Our team works closely with the children and young adults involved to ensure programmes are completed successfully.
