Community Enforcement Officers
Who we are
We gather knowledge of local issues and activities in order to provide advice to members of the community, and our partner agencies, on environmental and community safety issues.
We patrol the city on foot and in mobile CCTV vehicles, and are able to issue Fixed Penalty Notices to people who litter, fly-tip or allow their dog to foul in open spaces.
