GCSS operate from Glasgow 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year to respond to needs of clients Scotland wide. We can guarantee a quick response to your security needs as our Mobile Patrol Teams are linked to both our Alarm
Receiving Centre and Public Space CCTV monitoring centre, where information and direction on an incident can be given in real time.
Static Guarding
Experienced Security Officers, who are trained to industry standard and subject to extensive background checks, will patrol premises inside
and outside, providing protection to offices and equipment. They can carry out duties including verification of identity, surveillance and intelligence gathering.
Mobile Security Patrols
A highly visible and effective deterrent response service, where officers can provide regular, random or intelligence-led patrols throughout the day or night. Should an incident occur, we will promptly implement your emergency instructions.
Incident Response
If an alarm activation is received, a Mobile Patrol will be dispatched to the site to establish the cause for alarm. We will deal with minor incidents such as boarding up your premises or arranging emergency repairs to minimise disruption to your business. Our officers will reset the alarm once the site is secure and contact the Police if required.
Keyholding
We can ensure that your keys are secure and provide a service for tenanted and vacant properties. We are able to provide access support to staff, tradesmen and contractors at weekends, in the evening, or as part of an incident response if an alarm is activated.
